Deadline 4th April. To increase the diversity of people in the arts, screen and creative industries. Applicants can seek funding to help them progress, develop their creative and professional practice, their capacity or to support them to take professional and creative risks. Β£285,000 available across 12-20 applications.
[π¬π§] Techstars London Startup Accelerator Program
Deadline 7th April. Techstars Accelerator offer a $100,000 convertible note. Techstars contributes $20,000, which is commonly used as a stipend to support living expenses during the program.
[π¬π§] Sky Women in Technology programme
Deadline 8th April. The programme includes a Β£25,000 bursary, support from industry mentors inside and outside of Sky, training and access to Sky's resources.Β
[πͺπΊ] Finnish National Opera and Ballet immersive art experience open call for β¬75k project

Deadline 17th April. A share of up to Β£2 million is available to run proof of concept projects aimed at how to encourage SMEs to adopt productivity boosting technology or management practices.
[π¬π§] Innovate UK Smart Grant
Deadline 24th April. Opportunity to apply for a share of up to Β£20 million to deliver ambitious or disruptive R&D innovations with significant potential for impact on the UK economy.
[π] Entrepreneurship World Cup
Deadline 30th April. For entrepreneurs at the idea, early or growth stage in any industry looking to accelerate their idea, enhance their skill set, and win cash prizes and investment opportunities. Anyone who signs up will get access to a virtual accelerator, training, and global network⦠and ultimately, $5M will be dolled out in cash prizes.

Deadline 2nd May. UK businesses can apply for a share of up to Β£5 million to develop innovative technologies targeting global markets with Canadian partners.
[π] Lumen Art Prize $11k prize fund
Deadline 3rd May. The categories are Still, Moving Image, XR, 3D/Interactive, Artificial Intelligence and the Photomonitor Student Award which is free to enter. All art is eligible as long as it engages with technology in some form. Entry cost is US$48.00 for two works and US$24.00 for each additional work.
[π¬π§] Jerwood Arts Funding
Deadline 3rd June. Apply for Β£5k-25k funding for artists, artistic groups and artist-led organisations to undertake the research, development and creation of new work to enable a step-change in their practice and profile.
[ENG] Creative England New Ideas Fund
Deadline: rolling. Investments between Β£500 and Β£15,000 (as a mixture of grants and loans) for emerging and new screen-based storytelling business proposals.
[π] Unreal Engine | Epic MegaGrants
No deadline. Epic MegaGrants awards range from $5,000 to $500,000 and cover a variety of endeavors to further ignite creativity and technological advancement within the 3D graphics community.

Deadline 3rd April. The qualifying period for entries is from 1 April 2018 β 31 March 2019. Entry to the Develop:Star Awards is open to any companies working in the game dev industry with teams based in the UK, or Europe if they have a strong connection to the UK (e.g. a UK-based publisher or strong UK sales).
[π] NewImages Festival VR Competition
Deadline 8th April. The competition is open to all immersive and/or interactive works finalized after 1 May 2018, using VR technology and including some form of storytelling, regardless of genre or format
