In practice Covid prompted me to start running online recruitment events for the Scottish games industry, and they've gone done such a storm, we've now got them organised across all the major games regions in the UK! I'm looking for local folk to partner with to bring them to more regions though (both in the UK and worldwide), so if you're well connected to the studios in your local area, and have contacts at local game dev associations, Universities, and council/government support agencies etc, then hit reply to not only bring a great service to your local area, but to earn some money in the process :)
